"No Respect - No Contract" - Bargaining Bulletin #1

CUPE 458 members in the Village of Harrison Hot Springs are dealing with an employer that not only violates the collective agreement regularly and singles out our members for harassment and unfair discipline, but they are showing this same disrespect at the bargaining table with their 37 concessions. The contract expired December 31, 2004. These brothers and sisters need the support of all CUPE 458 members to help them win a fair collective agreement and respectful working conditions for all.
